JESUS declared:
Matthew 5:37
King James Version
37 But let your communication be,
Yea, yea; Nay, nay:
for whatsoever is more than these
cometh of evil.
Frequently, there's "hacking".
Or "leaks".
Or "misinformation".
Even "disinformation".
And, of course, the usual "spying".
Given a device -- whether a cellphone or a computer -- and a wireless network, practically everyone can communicate any time, anywhere.
So, how secure is it?
Are your communications safe?
Are your transactions safe?
Are your photos safe?
Is your digital currency safe?
Early on, I knew it wasn't.
Look to the history of the internet:
"The set of rules (communication protocols) to enable internetworking on the Internet arose from research and development commissioned in the 1970s by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) of the United States Department of Defense in collaboration with universities and researchers across the United States and in the United Kingdom and France."
-- Wikipedia
If it was founded by DARPA, it is secure, for their purposes.
And that's not an affront on DARPA.
It just is.
Think about it.
If it was created by DOD's DARPA, it belongs to the U.S. government.
As such, it's kinda funny the Senate questioned the ways of DNI Tulsi Gabbard and CIA director John Ratcliffe at this hearing regarding the "war plans" leak, or security breach, whatever it may be.
We did write our born again watchman take on that matter yesterday:
Without disclosing sensitive national security stuff, Tulsi and group can only reveal what they can, and would want to.
The Senate will only be investigating the "creators" of the internet themselves.
One of the main people, Pete Hegseth, secretary of defense, is in Hawaii at the moment.
I feel the Trump adminsitration will protect America's Asian allies, (including my country) this side of the Pacific, from China's "incursions".
Folks, there's a lot going on everywhere.
And you cannot accurately see the big picture unless,
and until the HOLY SPIRIT makes you "see".
The internet was a blessing for many.
Now, we are truly a global community.
People think nothing of sharing personal information.
Social media alone gives potential hackers rich material for malice.
And you can be sure many unscrupulous people, and organizations, are fixed on "malice".
To hold you hostage, to separate you from your dollar, to find dirt on you, to distort your truth, to confuse people, even to divide people.
We've all become "spies" to each other.
Now that hackers of every type, group, and government, can wreak havoc on any kind of information, it cannot be totally secure.
No matter the firewalls or VPN you use.
We can all be traced, tracked, identified, even hijacked.
I expect every password, or PIN, can be found out.
Depending on where satellites are positioned, your exact location can be identified.
Every time I hear of new developments, apps, or gadgets, I look at it with a wary eye.
People thought it cool they were asked by their devices to have an "additional layer" to secure their personal information.
So, they allowed face recognition, voice recognition, and thumbprint.
Right.
As you give, so they get.
Sure, there's the privacy law.
But there's also the "cookies" and "thread" we unwittingly give away, each time we "search" or "share".
Your phone's a "listening" device, too.
As you give, so they get.
If you've been bombarded by ads similar to your "search", then you know "someone's been "listening".
Every time you make a call, or text, make notes, send messages, share pictures, it's all on the internet already.
EVERYTHING is retrievable.
I don't believe any system is safe.
Malicious people now have something "solid" on a seemingly "inanimate" way of communicating.
There are even "trigger" words for governments to be aware of your goings-on.
Of course, that's useful, especially if terrorists are planning something.
Yesterday, we wrote our take on the seeming U.S. intelligence community boo-boo of including a journalist in their Houthi war plans chat.
Being commonsensical, I asked myself, "Really?"
They'd "chat" about it on "Signal"?
Huh, okay.
Or was that a deliberate move to "reel in" a not-too-popular journalist among top Trump national security people?
Everyone's baffled.
I merely turn to what I've written about the Trump team.
And what SPIRIT reveals to me each moment.
I thank GOD for the strong, spiritual foundation He led me to.
Such as knowing:
Of course, Trump's critics want to bring his government down.
This is just one incident where they think they've found ammunition to do so.
Will this be a long-standing investigation?
Depends on the "characters" and the "intentions".
But, as you can see, the Tulsi Gabbard group, she being director of national intelligence, won't divulge much.
Again, it is in their nature.
Now, we know the nature of the internet.
We also know the nature of the intelligence community.
We also know the nature of GOD, man, the world, and the devil.
But do you also know the nature of communications?
There are TWO counterparts, just so you know.
The "copycat".
Ephesians 2:2
King James Version
2 Wherein in time past ye walked
according to the course of this world,
according to the prince of the power of the air,
the spirit that now worketh
in the children of disobedience:
And the True, Invisible Power:
John 14:16-17
King James Version
16 And I will pray the Father,
and he shall give you another Comforter,
that he may abide with you for ever;
17 Even the Spirit of truth;
whom the world cannot receive,
because it seeth him not,
neither knoweth him:
but ye know him;
for he dwelleth with you,
and shall be in you.
It's all literally "up in the air".
Where true spiritual warfare exists.
It's pretty easy knowing which one rules over you.
If you are for SPIRITUAL truth, you are of GOD.
If you are intent on deception, you are of the copycat.
To better understand, you need to have spiritual "discernment".
1 Corinthians 2:14
King James Version
14 But the natural man receiveth not
the things of the Spirit of God:
for they are foolishness unto him:
neither can he know them,
because they are spiritually discerned.
How can you have spiritual discernment?
Simple.
JESUS tells us how:
John 3:5-8
King James Version
5 Jesus answered,
Verily, verily, I say unto thee,
Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit,
he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh;
and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Marvel not that I said unto thee,
Ye must be born again.
8 The wind bloweth where it listeth,
and thou hearest the sound thereof,
but canst not tell whence it cometh,
and whither it goeth: so is every one
that is born of the Spirit.
SPIRIT will guide you into ALL TRUTH.
For sure.
JESUS assures us:
John 14:26
King James Version
26 But the Comforter,
which is the Holy Ghost,
whom the Father will send in my name,
he shall teach you all things,
and bring all things to your remembrance,
whatsoever I have said unto you.
John 15:26
King James Version
26 But when the Comforter is come,
whom I will send unto you from the Father,
even the Spirit of truth,
which proceedeth from the Father,
he shall testify of me:
Everything can be right, just, and godly, if you are born again.
You will live by GOD's laws, and will.
You will follow the pattern of CHRIST.
You will live by Scripture.
You will not even think of harming anyone.
The copycat wants the reverse.
He seeks your destruction.
He is malice personified.
The internet can be a blessing, or a curse.
Just depends which authority you follow.
