1 Chronicles 24:19

19 These were the orderings of them in their service
to come into the house of the Lord,
according to their manner,
under Aaron their father,
as the Lord God of Israel
had commanded him.
What would it take to get the remaining 59 Jewish hostages back?
Twenty four are alive; the rest are reported dead.
From the original 251 taken on 7 October 2023, these are all that remain in Gaza.
The last bargaining chip of Hamas.
From the 24, all are men.
With ages ranging from 20 to 47.
Hamas' survival depends on keeping them as hostages.
What a way to survive.
Hanging on to the lives of others.
Or hiding behind others.
GOD will not look lightly upon that.
Especially when it entails the lives of His chosen people.
There will be a proper "accounting".
GOD has already told us we must honor Israel:
Genesis 12:3

3 And I will bless them that bless thee,
and curse him that curseth thee:
and in thee shall all families of the earth
be blessed.
We everyday people have no idea their suffering.
Those who have been released have been wounded mentally, physically, and emotionally.
We do not expect they verbalize their suffering.
Not in the way the world wants "details".
Perhaps, they have been asked not to divulge the truth.
They also all think of those left behind.
And who can really speak of the horrors one has gone through?
Would these people be mentally scarred for life?
Surely, their bodies carry the brunt of what they've gone through.
To be able to carry on, after one's release, and yet knowing others are still left behind, brings pain, and sorrow.
To be left behind, while others are released, takes its greatest toll on your spirit, and endurance.
To be a family member, waiting for your loved one's release, takes great faith, hope, and suffering.
Hamas has perfected infliction,
and suffering, by taking hostages.
It's the MOST unfair, and cruelest, deal of all.
Others have had some semblance of "closure", after they've had their loved ones back, dead, or living.
The dead could be given a proper Jewish burial.
The living can try and start healing.
And we onlookers, can only look on helplessly.
But a born again knows GOD will deal with proper justice.
Romans 12:19

19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves,
but rather give place unto wrath:
for it is written,
Vengeance is mine;
I will repay, saith the Lord.
And what of those freed?
Can they live normal lives now?
Can they forget what they've been put through?
Will they look upon the world as they did, before all this happened?
Will they be free of fear, anxiety, even anger?
Even as they've already been "freed", they cannot speak freely.
They have to think of those remaining with their captors.
They cannot rage, and roar, knowing there will be consequences.
Neither can prime minister Netanyahu give the full force of his wrath at Israel's enemies.
No one knows the private suffering of Israel's prime minister.
And yet, he has to be strong for his nation.
Such is the hostage situation.
Everyone concerned are held captive.
No matter they're out on the streets, seemingly living normal lives.
How can anyone forget the remaining?
How can they be freed?
What can one do to minimize cost to lives?
By now, Netanyahu doesn't care what the world thinks of him.
They've judged him anyway.
He probably doesn't even care about his political career.
He simply must get the hostages out.
He must present them back to their families.
Only 24, of the remaining 59, are thought to be alive.
It's the last 24 that creates the greatest anguish for all.
What state are they in?
Can they hold out much longer?
How are they being treated each day?
I can only pray for GOD's will.
That the hostages be released right away.
Only GOD has the power to change circumstances.
On 29 March 2023, we knew Israel was going to be in trouble.
Netanyahu was besieged from within his government.
The pilots refused to fly their planes.
How can they even think of such a thing?
With that, I knew Israel was going to be in trouble.
Satan waits for such occasions.
For trouble to start, from "within".

GOD appointed Trump American president.
Now, Israel has a strong ally.
America, under president Trump, can be counted on.
But the strongest ally is JESUS.
He was the prophesied MESSIAH.
The One the Jews haven't accepted.
And yet, their future lies in His hands.

Interestingly,the number 24 has great significance.
"Keys to Scripture Numerics" define it as "THE PRIESTHOOD".
Israel is a "kingdom of priests".
Take heart, remaining 24 captives.

GOD has NOT cast you aside.
You are His heart.
The apple of His eye.
