Proverbs 12:18
King James Version
18 There is that speaketh
like the piercings of a sword:
but the tongue of the wise is health.
Every time the HOLY SPIRIT directs me to do research on the people around Trump -- especially those he appointed -- I come across "stuff".
SPIRIT knew I would.
He knew I'd "file" it for later posts.
And today, it's time to share it with you.
Much maligned by media.
Much maligned by other politicians.
Nevertheless, president Trump seems forgiving.
Seems he even found a "use" for these former critics.
He gave them positions in his administration.
If that made you fall off your chair, wait till you hear the details.
By now, you're curious who these people are.
FOUR people come to mind.
And I'm sure that's such a short list.
You know how terrible politics can be.
Mudslinging, and all.
But hey, we gotta start somewhere.
So, lets begin.
JD Vance
Nine years ago:
He called Trump a "really bad candidate" and a "really bad person".
Today:
Vance is vice president of the United States.
Mike Johnson
Ten years ago:
"I am afraid he would break more things than he fixes. He is a hot head by nature, and that is a dangerous trait to have in a Commander in Chief...I just don't think he has the demeanor to be President."
-- Wikipedia
Today:
Johnson is House Speaker.
Marco Rubio
Nine years ago:
He called Trump a "con artist".
Today:
Rubio is U.S. secretary of state.
Lindy Li
Two years ago:
She publicly called Trump something un-nameable, but I shall leave the link below.
Today:
A former Democrat, she's now a Republican, wanting to raise funds for Trump.
What's going on here?
How have the alliances changed?
Why did these former critics become friends of Trump?
Why have they now sworn their "allegiance" to him?
Perhaps, what Trump said, gives "light" to the situation:
"Yeah, he said some bad things about me,
but that was before he knew me,
and then he fell in love."

Why Trump Nominated Him for VP | WSJ
Leave it to president Trump to always seem to have the last say.
With acceptance, and humor, yet.
He knows he's not loved.
But perhaps, he can "turn" things around.
He's not exceptional dealmaker for nothing.
JD Vance, Mike Johnson, and Marco Rubio now work for him.
And in the three HIGHEST positions yet!
They've all become loyal "lieutenants".
My, my, my.
Trump is mighty forgiving.
He did say he was for "peace".
And to "MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN".
Lindy Li offered her fundraising capabilities for Trump and the Republicans.
She raised millions for the Harris campaign, and was so disgusted at how there was no "accountability".
But I'm not so sure president Trump would be so forgiving over her vicious "name-calling".
Literally below the belt.
Still, with politicians, you never know.
But we do cringe at their ways.
A born again loves GOD, and others.
Man's ways are not our ways.
JESUS guides our ways:
Matthew 12:37
King James Version
37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified,
and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.
Matthew 15:19
King James Version
19 For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts,
murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts,
false witness, blasphemies:
Scripture guides our tongue:
Proverbs 21:23
King James Version
23 Whoso keepeth his mouth and his tongue
keepeth his soul from troubles.
What made these four people turn around?
How did the reconciliation come about?
Surely, GOD's hand was in it.
For GOD did choose Trump for president.
Israel needed an ally.
America was it.
